We would like you to feel comfortable while shopping at Charlotte Lu. Online security is important to us and we are committed to maintaining our customer's privacy. To place an order a user must enter all of the information needed to complete the registration process. This includes contact information such as name, email address, telephone number, mailing address and credit card numbers.

Cookies: CL may set and access cookies on users’ computers for the purpose of maintaining an association between a user and items added by the user to a shopping cart for purchase, and for maintaining this association throughout order processing. Cookies are not used by CL to retrieve any personal information.

Log Files: Like most websites, CL (through its web host provider) uses log files. Logged information includes Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, number of clicks. This information is used internally by CL to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement on the Website in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
